  • Five Year Secure HELOC - This program's rate is based off of Prime Rate plus or minus an applicable margin. Your rate will adjust every five years.
  • Monthly Flex HELOC - This program's rate is based off of Prime Rate plus or minus an applicable margin. Your rate will adjust immediately if Prime Rate changes.
